Let’s get one thing clear….I do not NEED reasons to go to Las Vegas, but this just gives me ONE MORE EXCUSE to go!
Watch out Britney Spears…Jennifer Lopez has confirmed a Las Vegas residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, starting in January of 2016!
J.Lo made the announcement last night during American Idol by saying, “[It’s] just the idea of creating the show I always wanted to create. A tour is a different animal and to be in the one place doing a show that I’ve always imagined creating at this moment in my life — I’m very excited about it.”
“It’s going to be everything the fans have come to know me for onstage. I’ll have dancers, hip-hop, it’s going to be a high-energy type of show that anybody can come and see, the fans and everybody else,” she said.
Tickets for the first 20 performances at the resort’s Axis Theatre will go on sale to the public on Saturday, May 16.
